Answer: Introduction: Entrepreneurial leadership is defined to be the latest paradigm of inquiries focusing on the different researches and practices in both leadership disciplines as well as entrepreneurship. The role of the entrepreneurial leaders is to enhance the effectiveness and overall performances of the concerned individuals as to bring out the desired positive outcomes for the organization concerned. The functions of an entrepreneur leaders merely lie between the threads as well as the desired linkages of leadership and entrepreneurship. In order to evaluate the desired performances of the concerned employees and to increase the performances of the entire firm, it becomes most important to provide some sort of motivation to all of the employees concerned. Moreover, the theoretical development of the entrepreneurial leadership reflects different kinds of the leadership behaviors which are required for highly challenging and competitive environment (Bordas, 2012). There are some of the crucial ele ments of Entrepreneurial leadership which reveal the desired character and the personality of the respective entrepreneurial leaders. Innovativeness and risk taking area considered being the most crucial elements which help in increasing the effectiveness of the desired leadership skills of an entrepreneurial leader. As per (Shriberg, Shriberg, and Shriberg, 2011) being innovative help in completing the changing of the current trends throughout the concerned market segments and more the entrepreneurial leader needs to have the desired ability to take the right and the risky decisions as to enhance the overall productivity and profitability of the firm concerned. Difference of entrepreneurial leadership from others As per many of the well-known researchers, there exists a crucial difference between the entrepreneurial leaders as well as the other leaders. Some of the other leadership styles are transformational, transactional, autocratic and democratic leadership styles and these have different perspectives regarding the maintaining of the entire workplace as well as the employees. Moreover, in transformational styles of leadership, it has been seen that the concerned leaders or the managers help in changing the current processes of the firm with that of the latest work process as to bring out the desired positive outcomes for the firm. According to (Swid, 2014) transactional style of leadership helps in providing some sort of motivation to the concerned employees in order to bring out their positive efforts for the execution of the concerned business practices. Therefore, the approach of entrepreneurial leadership can be seen to be a little bit different from that of these styles of leadership as it helps in managing the desired relations between the entrepreneurs and the leadership (Gunzel-Jensen, Jain, Kjeldsen, 2016). The primary aim of the entrepreneurial leadership is to increase the efforts of the employees associated with the concerned firm as to bring the desired probable possible outcomes for the entire association. This style of leadership focuses mainly on increasing the willingness of the employees or the staff members as to increase the efficiency of the association. One of the most crucial aspects of the entrepreneurial leadership is that it develops proactive responses toward the concerned environmental opportunities (Longhurst, 2016). The execution and the monitoring processes of an entrepreneurial style of leadership make it different from that of other styles. Moreover, the effectiveness and the performances of the employees are considered to be of great importance as it generates the enormous amount of impact on the execution of the business processes of the firm. Perspectives on entrepreneurial leadership Three of the recent cross-cultural perspectives are considered to be relevant to that of the entrepreneurial leadership ("The Relationship Between Neurotic Leadership Styles, Transformational Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Worker Attitudes", 2016). The entrepreneurial leadership is able to sustain in innovative, adaptive and uncertain environments. One of the other perspectives reveals that there needs to be a development of the effectual relationship between the leaders or managers and the respective group members. The exchange of the desired thoughts, theories and concepts between the managers and the group members need to be done in order to bring out the positive results for the concerned association (Saini, 2015). The third perspective evaluates that the leadership is value-based and the different leaders articulate a vision as well as mission derived from different superordinate values. Ethics plays the most significant role in the execution of the different business p rocesses by the concerned leaders of the particular firm. There needs to be the implementation of the respective ethics within the work processes of the leaders for managing the entire business processes of the selected firm. Special functions and roles of the entrepreneurial leaders in entrepreneurial venturing One of the significant implications of the entrepreneurial leaders is that these leaders need to have the desired activities on the basis of long-term credibility as to increase the growth and expansion of the particular firm. The fact resides that the concerned leaders need to develop the desired sense of motivation and the willingness within all of the employees concerned. One of the special functions of the entrepreneurial leaders is the integration of the ethical codes along with the ethical values within the business practices of the concerned association. There resides the importance of valuing the social entrepreneurship in order to increase the efficiency and the effectiveness of the organization throughout the global market segments. Innovation and the talking of the possible risks are the most significant responsibilities of the concerned leaders as this generates enormous impact on the execution of the business of each of the employees concerned. As per (Swid, 2014), there are different other types of the leadership styles where the leaders or the concerned managers plays the most important role in bringing out the best efforts of the employees by motivating them and recognizing the best efforts. The performances of the employees help I bringing out the desired elevation in the enhancement of the business practices of the firm and his can be done with the help of motivation given by the entrepreneurial leadership.
